“I wasn't sure of all of what ISS could provide. I purchased the wrong item. When trying to return it I was informed they had what I really needed. Of course additional fees and work for the consumer were involved. As a retired woman I was unable to do the extra step work required to take advantage of the new option. The item was returned, I was refunded with the exception of a large restock fee.”

“My only complaint is, I sent you an email on Aug 8th I sent you an email telling you I had shipped the part on Aug 7th. Today I get an enail telling me to reurn my part.”

“ordered replacement 2016 yukon rear dvd. replacement had a bad screen I was not happy however iss was rather surprisingly easy to deal with about it. got a real person on the phone with an apology and another screen shipped out that day no waiting. all and all I'm ok with them.”

“Replacement Instrument Cluster for my 2004 Chevy Truck was correct and has been working perfectly so far (about 2 months). Reason for knocking off a star is, while I ordered the correct cluster with the part number of the old online, the customer service representative that called and verified I had ordered it correctly kept insisting I had incandescent bulbs and they are LEDs, as are any clusters near that year Chevy Truck, so was worried that the company didn't know my vehicle. However the cluster that arrived was correct, very nicely rebuilt (with LEDs) and working great so far.”

“I recently purchased an instrument cluster for my 2005 Chevy Suburban. I opted for the green backlighting which was a $30.00 upcharge. The cluster was pretty easy to install. Everything with the cluster seems good, and the overall price was realistic. Would buy from this site again.”

“Everything was good except the lens was cracked where the knob comes out. I called to see if I could use the old one and send the old one back with out the lens but that wasn’t an option or the would have charged me extra. Other than that it works well so far.”

“It took a long time to receive my dash ,I blamed it on bad weather in the northwest, but after receiving my dash it was the exact part I ordered,and installed easily and is working appropriately with no issues.”

“Originally I received an incorrect order but it was rectified quickly. Shipping is not the fastest but packages do arrive in time allotted & packaged with care. I have had my new dashboard in my truck for a few weeks now & it's great. My gauges are working. I like the color options. Customer service was kind, patient, respectful & polite. I'm very happy & probably gonna be ordering another dash for another car of mine & possibly my other truck as well”

“I recently ordered a cluster replacement for a 2007 GMC Sierra Classic. I thought everything was good so I left work and headed home. Then, I got an email that they did not have my part in stock. In the email I was given repair options, so I ended up sending my cluster for repair. It was pretty straightforward and they called to tell me my cluster had been run on a bench and everything was fine. That was not a surprise since I didn't think the cluster was the problem. They gave me the option of sending it back and only charging for the test and shipping, or, they could refurbish it and give me a lifetime warranty. I had them do the refurbishing since they already had it. They completed the work in a timely manner and also supplied me with pin out information, for the connector, that I had not been able to find. They shipped it back to me pretty quickly. Turns out, the problem was with the Body Control Module and having a known good cluster helped me arrive at that conclusion quicker. I would use the again and I would recommend them to anyone having similar issues. They also offer customization for your dash cluster, so, if you are needing that type of work you should check them out.”

“I would purchase a rebuilt unit from them again, however there were some problems. First into worked for about 2 minutes. Had to drive the next day with zero gauges. I contacted customer service and a second unit was sent out quickly, with no hassle at all. The second unit works perfectly. I would have given 5 stars if not for the first unit failure.”
