“Great cluster. It took care of a parasitic drain I had. Minus one star for having to return 2 ISS clusters that had issues. They were friendly and very helpful in getting it resolved though!”

“The only reason for a 4 star review is that I don't have any time on the new cluster yet, so durability is yet to be determined. Would I use ISS again ...absolutely! The process was painless and the price was fair. Again, the entire transaction (including the return) was straight forward. Again, probably a 5 star process once durability has been determined.”

“Have a 2004 Silverado, I replaced all the servos and installed blue LEDs back in 2016. Lately, the instrument cluster would stop working or reset itself. Bought a replacement cluster from ISS with blue lights and blue needles. Installed it and it did the same thing. Turns out the problem was a $3.50 part from a salvage yard and about 20 minutes of splicing work. The only complaints about the replacement cluster are the needles are not installed accurately (all the needles are off by the same amount, about 3 MPH slow on the speedometer for example) and the dash lights are dimmer and can't adjust any brighter. I even installed a new headlight switch which fixed the temp/compass in the rearview mirror. Other than that the replacement is fine.”

“The throttle control works great! The only concern is the flashing light on my dash. It flashes constantly and looks like a 2-wheel drive icon.”

“My cluster in my 07 Chevy with 235k miles completely stopped working. I sent it to ISS and got it back. About 2 week turnaround from the day I sent it(which was a Saturday so that delayed things). But I got it back and installed it. Everything that worked before was working again. About 2 weeks later it went crazy like I’ve never seen it before, and now I’m trying to figure out what to do with it.”
