Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado digital HVAC controller thinking that it was possibly refurbished like the instrument cluster I just bought from you. I was trying to be a loyal consumer cause I felt like the service was good on that. Nowhere on your website does it say the HVAC part is a Dorman least not currently so played me for a fool on this one and I paid about $70 more than I would’ve paid on Amazon for the exact same product total rip off.

Stated would ship in 2-3 days. Took nearly 3 weeks. No one called, I had to myself. Because it took so long to receive, my mileage was off by +1000 miles Also didn’t the dash I got has an incredibly excessive amount of idle hours. My Tahoe did not. So it doesn’t accurately reflect the correct hours.

Compre un tablero para mi ford f-150 2004,me lo mandaron rayado y quebrado , en muy malas condiciones, cuando les llamé para decirles en que condiciones lo recibí, solo me dijo dijeron que si lo quería regresar no había problema. Lo regresé, pero del precio que había pagado me robaron $60 dolares, para mí fue muy mala experiencia.

Got a defective cluster. Oil pressure gage says 80 psi. Called customer service. They told me to unplug it and wait. then to turn on ignition. on first position plug and drive for 15 miles. Did it twice... did not work!

Cluster was returned twice. First time it was dead and didn't work at all. The second time the wait to start lamp was inop causing a P0381 code. It was returned to me and still didnt work. The turn around time was not as advertised and The shipping cost to ship it back also added to the situation. Communication via email took 2 days to get a response. I won't be using this business again.

I sent the instrument panel out of my ford 2000 f 150 because the odometer was not working. It cost me $40 to ship and $160 for you to repair it. You told me you did not know how to fix it and refunded $90. to me. So it cost me $100. for nothing. I saw later that you mainly work on GM products. If you don't know how to fix fords why did you take the job. I can't find a replacement that dose not need to be reprogramed so I can seeno way that I can sell the truck.

Not good! Sent my old unit off to be rebuilt they said it was tested and is good. They sent it back and it still doesn't work. So brought truck to a dealer they tested it and told me it was junk. So I send an email to support and 2 weeks no answer. Just want my money back the dealership put one in and programed it works fine. NOW thanks but no thanks.

Run, don’t walk run away from this company. God forbid you order a part you ended up not needing, they want your arm and a leg to put a 1 pound box back on the shelf, not including the $17 to send it back to them. I could see a small fee for restocking but it was like $35-40 for a $150 part. I just as soon keep it and resell it.

I recently purchased the Smart Phone Interrogation Carplay for my 2014 Cadillac CTS which is apart of the compatible cars list. I followed video and manual instructions provided and my car got connected but it was ONLY wired. With wired I wasn’t even able to hear audio when I played my music. I then tried wireless which I had a hard time trying to get to for something that’s supposed to level 4 medium installation. When I finally reached wireless my screen stopped working every time I would connect to the CarPlay. I’ve reached out to support and they just sent me to the tech support who by the way is not available!

Needed to return an item and have been waiting for a month for the return money after they sent me an email saying I have been “refunded” and was told that it could take “several days to receive the funds” 2 weeks later, still nothing.

Ordered April 16 got in but volume would not work so sent in my radio got back it was security locked had to send back got back now the volume will not go down like the first one. I just want my money back!

I was not pleased with the HVAC controller I recieved. My understanding is that ISS either produce or reman their products. Instead I received a Doreman HVAC controller. Doreman makes a terrible product. I've gone through two of their controllers in the last three years. My first controller lasted about a year, and my second controller has had issues since I replaced it. Doreman refused to replace the controller a second time after warrantying the first controller. The factory HVAC controller is no longer available, so I was really excited when I found what I thought was another option. I would not have wasted my money had I known what product was being sold. I feel like I was deceived by false advertisement. I looked multiply times and could not find any information indicating that they sold Doreman products. When I went to return the product, I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. ISS did reduce the restocking fee but I still lost money. I know options are limited for these controllers, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Bought TRQ L and R headlight assemblies for my 1997 K1500 Suburban. Bolt holes do not line up. No good. Would not recommend purchasing thisproduct.
