Excellent product, service and process! The replacement instrument panel arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I used the packaging supplied by ISS and the prepaid return label to easily and quickly return the core...no need to hunt down packaging materials or deal with shipping issues/costs. Also, no need to worry about "programming issues", the replacement unit comes fully programmed with the vehicle VIN and associated information. I definitely recommend ISS!
