I had concerns about shipping my entire CUE System out to have the unresponsive screen repaired/replaced but I'm SO Glad I Did! ISS repaired it the very same day they received my CUE and shipped it back the very next day. My Escalade once again has a responsive & fully functional CUE. I particularly enjoyed having that brand new screen film to peel off once it was reinstalled. Voila! Thank You So Much!!!
