ISS Automotive provided a much needed solution to my Cadillac QUE screen failure issue on my 2015 SRX. For less than $400 I was able to order the exact QUE unit from them, send them back my unit with the failed screen and get a lifetime warranty on top of it. My nephew put the new unit in for me in just over an hour and it looks like it has never been replaced. Plus they provided a prepaid shipping label for me to send the old unit back to them. They communicated clearly via email throughout the buying process. I highly recommend them!
