After living with a cracked screen on my Cadillac Cue system, I finally decided it was time to get it repaired. I had it done on another one of my cars at the dealer and paid over $1500. I thought maybe there was another alternative and I four ISS Automotive. I called and spoke with a representativeand she answered all my questions about the unit and their procedures. When we talked about the installation process I told her I was a little hesitant about doing it and she suggested I find a car audio shop and they should be able to help. I found one, ordered the unit, made and appointment and when it was done, I had what appeared to be a brand new system, with no cracks, working perfectly and I saved over $1,000! Thank you ISS!
