The staff was very informative as to how the product matched my original equipment. After looking at the video I hand my local mechanic do the install as I didnt want to damage the trim. I expected to have to reload some of the info in the nav feature, but to my suprise it was all there. Great service, well organized procedure. Hats off to you !
