What a great experience! I needed to have my Cadillac Escalade CUE radio touchscreen changed and the dealer wanted $845 not including labor. I jumped on the internet and found ISS Automotive Solutions. I watched their video how to remove the QUE and it looked easy. So I ordered one from them and received an email back that they did not have one in stock that matched my VIN, but not to worry, they would repair the one I had if I would send it. They sent me a UPS lable and I removed the radio and sent it on a Friday. They emailed me they received it the following Wednesday. I received the fixed one on Monday, and it looked brand new. They must have turned this arould the same day they received for me to get it on Monday. Highly recommend working with ISS Automotive!
