The luggage was clearly described on the website, which helped us make a decision. The price was very fair. The bags arrived promptly and looks great. They were very poorly packed, though. Both the boxes were torn and had been damaged in transit and looked very bashed about but luckily the bags themselves inside were still ok. We thought some protective padding inside and certainly some stronger parcel tape would have been better as both boxes were coming open. It was only by luck that the contents survived.
