Your staff were really helpful and in particular both Tarsha and Chie were our main contacts throughout the process. I would definitely recommend you guys to others and will strongly consider using your service again. There were a few minor issues that came up with the Evergreen ski school and some confusion around what a beginner is versus a first timer, so the first day lessons for my wife was a bit of a mess. While this was a bit of a hassle on the day it was a minor part of the overall experience and we had a fantastic family holiday which you helped us create. Cheers!
