Japan Ski Experience, were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the time we worked with them to book our accommodation - and it wasn't easy, we had some difficult accommodation requests! From there it worked really well, Oliver in particular was fantastic, really responsive as we worked through lift passes, rentals transfers etc for our big group. Once we arrived it was all fabulous (although we did get to Niseko for the 8 days in January this year that they had no snow! Unheard of. Thanks team Japan Ski!
