Thao Nguyen assisted with multiple requests for quotes and looked for more affordable options even on such short notice. Even with change requests after the booking was confirmed, Thao was very patient and proactively contacted the hotel to communicate our issue. I am glad I chanced upon Japan Ski Experience, which made my trip so much easier! Will definitely use again next time we visit.
