Questions were answered promptly via emails before our trip. We were very happy with the apartment and transport that we booked thru Japan Ski Experience. Though I would give the grade "Very good" if they were more helpful with our request to make a simple dinner reservation on our behalf since it has to be done via phone call before our arrival. Other than that, we are satisfied with our choice to use JSE.
