Airport pick up was fantasic
Accomodation was fabulous, staff were very helpful, especially Mutsukki, with her great restaurant and Onsen recommendations. They were spot on and made our stay just that extra level of great.
We also did the snow monkey day trip. Kenji our guide was fantastic, he was knowledgable, he was able to explain Japanese culture. This was great as this was our first stop inJapan, it made the rest of our trip great, as we had a better insight into the Japanese culture.
Would highly recommend Japan ski experience to my friends
