I sent a ring back and they sent me a confirmation of receiving it back but yet no refund still waiting!!! Their customer service is the worst. You call and get a different excuse each time as to why you still don’t have your refund. Will never
Do business with JC Penny again. I can now understand why so many of their stores are closing. They deserve to be completely out of business with the way they treat their customers.
