Jcpenny claimed that my order was delivered. I was home the entire day and have a camera on my porch.. no one attempted to deliver my order. Their customer service is awful. They will not do anything to help me. They will not replace or refund the nearly $200 that I spent on the order. I thought JCpenny was a company that I could trust. I was wrong. Be careful if you order online.. its a scam.
