I placed an order on Nov 5 and after 15 days did not receive any notification that it was at the store. My call to the Customer Service rep was useless. He told me that he didn’t see where it was and that I should call the local store myself. I called multiple times and got no answer. At one point, I dialed zero for the operator and got a recording that the operator was unavailable.
I emailed twice and got no response.
