I tried to make shopping today, but when I finished and my order was confirmed, I decided to make some changes. I canceled my shopping and started to do it over again, but I lost the coupon online code. I called customer service and someone on another side from customer service told me if I canceled my shopping I can not reuse coupons again. And he said he cannot help me to return my coupon code. I didn't finish my shopping because I lost the coupon.
