I wouldn't give any stars for JCP Online if it were possible. Order placed on Nov 14. Nov 17 rec'd email saying order had shipped. Clicking on tracking button: label generated-waiting for seller to ship order. Nov 28 I called to check on order because status never changed. Wanted to cancel. Associate said it had shipped but not updated tracking info yet. Dec 5 called again. First guy lied. Order still not shipped. Canceled order. 7-10 days for refund! What antiquated system are they using? Never ordering online from JCP again.
