I ordered an item January 24, 2022. Paid Express shipping now February 3rd 2022 still no item. Called they blame the shipping carrier. Excuses instead of finding solutions for there shipping. I ordered an item from Chewy it was delivered the next day. JC penny staff just keeps blaming the carrier. I will not shop at JC penny's, I do not recommend the Express shipping. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I received an E-mail from JC penny's requesting information on my order stating they would get back to me, well they never did.
