I am a retired JCPenney employee and have worked in 2 JCPenney store locations. I spend my winter months here in Naples & shop at the Naples JCPenney. In the past 2 years I have had the pleasure to be assisted by Maritza Martininez in windows and mattresses. I would like to commend her on her excellent service, friendly additive over and beyond.
