It should be a ZERO! I just ordered $200 worth of bedding. The sent it to the wrong address, like 3 homes ago. The tenants said they don’t have the stuff. Ups said JCPenney provided the wrong address so ups is not responsible for it. JCPenney said they will not refund the $ nor will they resend the stuff to my correct address. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
