I placed an order for curbside pickup, for the first time today. I got the email saying it was ready to be picked up. There was NO LINK on the email to notify JCP that I was waiting. There was NO PHONE # on the designated parking sign to call. Just use APP at jcp.com/curbside. Downloaded that - all it did was give me JCP online - again, NO LINK. This is very poor given we are 2 years into a pandemic. I have never had a curbside pickup, anywhere else, fail so miserably. I am extremely disappointed, I expect more from JCP!
