My husband bought me a ring but when he left me the size was not correct. I called customer service 6 hours later and they told me that they couldn't do anything that they can't change orders and that my order arrives in 18 to 28 days and that if I want them they will refund the money and then make a new order, that sorrija was on special but now it is in regular price
I just canceled my card and will never shop there again.
