Apparently they use a lousy shipping company. My package was not delivered but email said it was delivered by LaserShip. Shipping company was no help - just emailed that they delivered it and call the vendor. J C Penney rep was polite but the connection was poor so I'm not sure if he is giving me a refund. Gave 1 extra star because the rep was polite and tried to help through poor connection.
I'll make sure it's off my credit card.
