Nancy, associate at the JCP store in the Florida Mall was AMAZING!! She was very kind, helpful and considerate of my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. She helped me with the sizes I needed, and my shopping experience was great. I forgot to mention her name in the JCP online survey, so that’s why I’m writing this review. I was not able to go back online to do the survey again. Thank you Nancy you’re the best!
