Charged a $2.00 late fee for a bill I never received. Have never been late on a credit card for 50 years. When I explained to customer service rep that I never received the bill in question for $4.98 she said that she showed it going out and I was responsible. She would not waive fee nor record of late payment. Can you imaging losing a long long time customer over this? Of course it has nothing to do with the $2.00 and everything to do with the customer service. I’m done with them.
