I bought 3 shirts on a Saturday in the coastland mall JCPenney store.
I took all the receipts and labels in the garbage.
A week later I found that the 2 shirts are to big for me.
Then i packed the shirts and contact the customer service at the JCPenny store , the Supervisor Brain, spend a lot of time to find my shopping receipt in the system, and get my money back..
This was a great customer service he did. Thanks a lot t Brian and the team of JCPenney..
