The store in my city has a high employee turnover to say the least. In their defense, the “pool” of employees in this small city from which they have to choose is not great. But my last few visits to pick up online orders has been like going to the circus. The employees are the dumbest I have ever seen. One even told me they don’t return your tax, right after I received a full refund for an order of shirts. Who trains these idiots?
