Returned damaged junk jewelry after their jeweler declared was not repairable then manager refused to credit my account and instead gave me a $193 JCP gift card. We also bought the lifetime warranty at $58 and this charge was not refunded as well!! This bracelet was bought at one of their big sales, Which is their way of getting rid of the junk they sell. After 40 years of being a JCP customer, I will NEVER give them more business!! Horrible customer service and employees are clueless!
Shame on you JCP !!
