JC Penny's salon in Mankato one of the senior stylist name Nhath Leng is by far the best stylist in the salon. She is friendly , entertaining, shows interest in her clients is always trying to make sure that the customer receives actually what they came in for. I appreciate the care and the time that Nhath give her customers when they come in. She is the only one I will go to for an appointment.
