I ordered 2 pairs of pants. They were too large. I called to return them. The man I spoke to was very difficult to understand. There was a language barrier.
My order was $58.57. Penny's is only giving me a credit of $49.62. They charge the customer for a return. It's a good way to make money I suppose. I will NOT order from JC Penny's again.
