We ordered an item from the store. To be shipped to the store was told it would be in in 7 days. On the 8th day we went back. The store had the items on the shelf. We were told our item did not come in. They would not give us one from the shelf. We called customer service, they said. Take it up with the store. We can't help you very poor customer service. They obviously don't want our business. We travel 25 miles to get to the store. It's ridiculous to have to make that trip to take it up with the store.
If this is customer service, then for JC penneys, you've lost. Ask as a customer as well as anyone we can talk to.
