I am refunded my JCPenny CUSTOM;ER SERVICE' +1 8O5 41O 56OO)PHONE NUMB ERmoney. I'm a senior on a fixed income and I paid with a debit card so there goes my holiday celebrations with no seating. Also my apartment is small and 2 large boxes with partially assembled chairs impede on my Christmas decor! I've been a JCP customer for at least 50 years! I'm very disappointed and I will NEVER order anything except inexpensive items online.
