I have ordered from JC Penney for years and have never had an issue. I have never had a complaint, filed a claim with them or not received my package, this year I don't get my package and in order to get a refund I have to file a police report. I am not the only one who has not gotten their packages my co-worker got notification of it being delivered but never received it.
