Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent the wrong item and would not issue a refund until the wrong item was returned. The item I ordered was pricey and the item I received not. I wanted a refund so I could reorder the item in time for Christmas. Customer service was rude and ended the conversation when I was still typing.
I will never shop there ever again.
