I bought two sweaters in October for winter. I live in Florida, so I didn't wear one until
December. After my first wear there was fuss balls all over the sweater. I took it back to Pennys and the lady was very rude and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Instead she tells me she bought a throw for her sofa and it sheds. She said do you think they would take it back? This was at the Orange Park Mall. I can see why penny's stores are closing. I will never shop there again. Even the manager was rude.
