I returned a small pair of expensive earrings. Finding a larger more expensive pair I put my SS # in but wasn't recognized. Tried 3 times. My service worker Autumn was wonderful, and I reapplied thinking my account had been inactive. Finally she called corporate. Said my husband had an account and I'm an authorized user. My concern was since reapplying that affects credit scores. Cooperate lady was rude and said she couldn't close my new application. In the end she did. We tried to exchange with my husband's social since she said he had an account, but that wasn't recognized either. I walked out with the original pair of earrings. Very poor communication and lost a big $500.00 sale. Very disappointed.
