I Paid my account in full. Received another statement with a late fee of $30.00. Payment was only two days late and at Christmas. Called to ask them to waive the late fee as a courtesy. . Would not waive - they go through Synchrony Bank which is the worse to work
with. All other credit cards such as Maurice’s and Old Navy,etc will work with you. I understand if a person is late all the time they would get late charges
