JCP has the worst return process I have experienced in my 72 years. The online form for help only gives a few options to choose from, if they are not appropriate your only option is to phone the useless customer service number. I explained I am trying to locate an order number that JCP says does not exist, even though I have the number on the package that was sent to me. It arrived without return paperwork. How can I return an order that JCP says doesn't exist? After a ludicrously long conversation, the rep said she had found the order and would send what I need to process the return. She sent me a form for an item I returned in March of last year! I won't be shopping at JCP anymore.
