My shipment got sent to my lld address even though shipment before I saved my new address and made it default /shipping address. Apparently it only saved for that one shipment.
Next one went to old house and I got sassy attitude from customer service saying it was my fault even though new address should have saved in computer system not erased.
I also found the third order about to get shipped to old address but it was still in JCPennys possesion at warehouse. But when I called they were totally unwilling to do Anything about it even though UPS didn't have package yet.
They gave me wrong tracking number and told me to get ahold of UPS. The automated system couldn't find it bc wrong number.
So then I found the correct number,opened up a My Choice UPS account but bc I registered my correct address I was unable to proceed to where I needed on dashboard.
Ups live support would not lift a finger and had a crappy attitude too.
