I have been a customer for years and years, and generally happy with the products. However when it comes to their JCP sychrony card, very unhappy with the amount of intetest being charged. (33.99%) I have called to see if they will decrease the interest percentage, but they refuse! That is robbery!! There is no reason for them to be charging that! 😡
