I bought four pairs of men's shorts. ALL four pairs were WRONG size.
JC Penneys does have a return policy. They will charge me EIGHT DOLLARS to return their mistakes. Or, I can drive 21 miles to the nearest store. Either way, it will cost me time or money to correct THEIR MISTAKE. How do these people stay in business with such HORRIBLE service. I will return the items, and get a replacement from AMAZON.
