I placed an order and it kicked out my coupon. I didn't notice until I read the email later that day. I called to get it corrected and first call was disconnected after 18 minutes. I called back and the person I talked to didn't have a clue how to handle it. I can't cancel the order because you can only cancel up to 30 minutes after ordering. Now I have to wait for the order then return it to the store. Meanwhile the sale is ending tomorrow and I haven't received the order yet. I'M DONE WITH JCPENNEYS!
