I placed 2 orders from JCP.com, approximately 2 weeks apart. Today I received the second shipment portion of the first order, nearly a week later than the first shipment. All items were clothing. The first part of the order contained 4 items, one of which was not the size I ordered. I had to return it to our sad little JC Penney store in Valley Hills Mall, Hickory, NC. It is nearly empty. The staff were all very helpful. This is no reflection on them at all. Part two of the first order contained 3 items, 2 of which were not the sizes that I ordered. That's 43% of one order that was incorrect. I will be returning these to the same store in the morning. Their returns by mail require me to pay shipping fees and who knows what else. I cannot wait to see what is wrong with the shipment of my second order. I will never shop JC Penney's again. There is no excuse for employees paid to pull orders not being able to read simple orders. And the customer service personnel answering calls are just clueless and KNOW NOTHING... except of course what to charge you for needing to correct their mistakes. No wonder the company can't stay in the black. BYE-BYE Say hello to Belk for me.
