I recently placed an order on JC Penny’s website. Everything went through as it should, when I contacted customer service, they informed me everything went out and was delivered in a timely manner. When I explained they had sent it to an old outdated address, she explained it was definitely delivered weeks ago & there was nothing they could do! I further explained, that address was several years old & should have been removed from the account, she just reiterated they could do nothing. I’m finished with my lifelong relationship I’ve enjoyed with JC Penny and as a matter of principle I will not do any more business with them. It’s easy to see why they’ve been in bankruptcy protection for years with such poor customer service! M.Sheehan
