I only rated it a 1 because 0 isnt an option! Worst service, all-around, ever! My 2020 Mother's Day jewelry gift was ordered on May 15, 2020 at which time the website stated they had the ring and correct size in stock and gave a delivery date of June 10, 2020. I called this past Friday and was told that it was shipped "that day, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery". Today, I received a tiny package with a cheap "silver??" chain necklace included. Afterward came an email that JCPenny had to cancel my order due to it being out of stock. Never in my life have I received a lack of customer service like this. If I can figure out a way to send back the junk chain they sent me without spending out of my own pocket I will! It's not even comparable to the price they originally "held" for over a month for my ring I tried to order 🤬
