Buying online at JD is awfull. It took three weeks to get delivered my order and when I finally got it, I did not receive all the items that I purchased, despite all of them were on stock when I placed the order.
Customer service works poorly and there is not a telephone number to contact them. Afte two weeks without knowing when I was going to receive the order, they confirmed they have cancelled it but finally one week later I received it.
