Returned an item still waiting from 27 Oct 2024 for my money back wrong phone numbers on receipts rang customer service 4 times joke went into shop yesterday met this young man took my details promised me he would ring today nothing rang customer service again 35 mins on phone waste of time gave me the wrong phone number again for limerick shop I just want my money

Did a order through klarna, from JD SPORTS , received , 1 bag with missing items, Contacted JD SPORTS ! , who said items were delivered, I went to klarna , who looked into this for me , who saw the picture of delivery, and backed up JD sports. I explained that I’m not saying the parcel wasn’t delivered- I’m saying that items were missing so klarna closed down the claim . I contacted jd sport again, who said contact klarna for a refund, so I did , again I got told JD SPORTS is lying to me because no email was sent across to klarna , klarna said give them 2 weeks to look into this again, heard nothing , called klarna again , who said call JD sports again. I have spent more money on phone calls going over the amount of the missing items, . I have lost money , from Jd sports. I have closed my klarna account down - and I will never use JD SPORTS ever again -….

I think I’ve been scammed. They sent me two separate parcels grey leggings and grey T-shirt was missing. I have emailed them still have not heard anything that there were two items missing from the parcel. So basically I have lost £77. 00 I would not recommend anyone purchasing online as you may experience what I experienced and you are only have to check their reviews. Customer service is non-existent. I sent someone an email and no one has contacted me yet.

I went window shopping yesterday and I was impressed by Amrit with her excellent customer service. She gave me a lot of informations about the options of different products!She is kind and very helpful. I had a wonderful shopping experience because of Amrit! Keep up the good work!

In April I ordered my Grandson 2 outfit, it was delivered , the bag was opened, and only 1 set was in there , I contacted customer service, who did a report, after looking into this , they decided because the package was delivered, and they trust the delivery drivers £1000%. and I had received the items , they closed the case,. I contacted them again, and again, and yesterday I still got told there is nothing they can do , the fact I the package was delivered, even though the bag was open and only 1 set was in there ,they still charged me £70 - since then I had to order another outfit for my Grandson as it was a birthday gift but I ordered it from somewhere else. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE FROM JD SPORTS….. I will never ever use Jd Sports ever again. I have 8 Grandchildren who all love their sports wear. From babies to teenagers. Thank you for the other company that is supplying all my Grandchildren, and making my life easier by delivering on time and delivering a full package.

sent wrong size, then when i returned the product for a refund, they wouldnt issue the refund as I had send back a different size at to what was on the order invoice.

Was in the Willow Grove Mall looking for a pair of sneakers for a trip. Stumbled into JD found a pair I liked for a great price. A young man (can't remember his name) ask me if I was interested and what was my size. I replied. He went to get the shoes and I went to the register. At the register, the shoes rang up for a different price then was on the tag. The young lady at the register said that the wrong tag was on the shoes. I explained to her that while I understand mistakes happen, that I wanted to pay the price that was physically on the shoe. She grabbed her manager Lee. Lee apologized for the mix up and gave me the shoes for the tag price that was on the shoe. The staff that helped was great and respectful. Not to mention attentive, as it was a very busy day. The store was busy. I appreciate Lee and her staff for their patience.

JD Sports in the Trafford centre (the small One), terrible staff, who would rather chat to each other than assist. Seemed “put out” when asked for sizes. Brought the trainers to the tills but never told us, just left us waiting…. Us, just left us waiting…

Ordered a pair of trainers for my son birthday.For them to come with a damaged box to the point I couldn’t use the box to put trainers .Then realised that the trainers were to different sizes .At this point my son asked if they where fakes .Took back to the shop to be told don’t have the trainers in stock .Ended up with total different pair of trainers .Normally don’t have any problem with Jd always ordering from them .But this was ridiculous also got asked to pay for delivery till the manger came over and said they would pay for it .Normally don’t complain about anything but had to this them .

Llandudno branch Tristan was the employees name and his manager was Dave Jones. One of our gift cards wouldn’t go through, he was in the phone for ages to customer services, very helpful and very polite over a very long drawn out process. He deserves a pay rise for sure. Thankyou for getting the issue sorted for us

order number *******THE GOODS ARRIVED, IT DIDN'T COME IT WAS WHAT WAS ORDERED !!!!! CODE 461236 came in size 16 and was ordered in 6. CODE 521128 came only varieties, there are no maikutes. CODE 576815 DID NOT COME AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THIS IS NOT COMMUNICABLE !!!!!!

Awful shopping experience at the Blackpool Centre store. Buying a pair of £175 trainers, scanned and told will be put behind the counter. Sit waiting for them to appear watching 3 staff behind the counter chatting away and numerous others around the store but nobody seems to be bringing these trainers. Go to the till and ask if my trainers have arrived, they haven’t so sit back down. Nearly 10 minutes later go back and ask why taking so long, only at that point does someone go back to check. Manager appears and ask him why so many staff but having to wait so long, immediately offers 20% off which is appreciated but not addressing the issue. Didn’t seem interested in listening to the reasons for my disappointment and avoided eye contact. Why when I went up originally did nobody say ‘ no not here but I’ll chase that up’ or the ladies stood by the trainers think ‘ why’s he waiting so long, I’ll check someone’s dealing with it’ rather than just standing there. Zero thought for the customer and not dealing with issues, just throwing discounts and hope it goes away. Only shop here because the other shop didn’t have the trainers we wanted.

I will never shop at jd sports t5 London Heathrow again. One of the worst experience ever. Was a loyal shopper at t5. Not any more. Please do not shop there. You will be making a terrible mistake.

Buy at Nike.com!!!! They have a 60 day return regardless if there worn or not!!! Bought vapor max’s 2 weeks ago and there was a defect with the shoe. I called in to see if I could get a replacement they said to deal with Nike!!!! On Nikes website it states that they work directly with authorized dealers and they still didn’t help me!!!!!!! I wanted to speak with the manager and they left me on hold!!!!

Ordered trainers online, UK12. Item does not arrive after over 1.5 weeks. Checked online, a delivery attempt had been made but no note (it was from UPS). Went out of my way at a distance to collect. Collected the shoes, wrong size sent. Try and return via online process, did not work. Phoned customer services, automated process sends me a link to a label, error page not found. Phone customer services, as it has been sent direct from manufacturer (UA), its a different process. JD have to email then to get the return details sent to you it will take time. You then need to find a UPS drop off! Over 4 weeks later after a number of phone calls no returns label, after a number of promises. Wow, what a terrible service, worst online buying experience I have received from any vendor. I will never order from them online again. A response from JD if it want to talk about it???? I have been on the phone a number of times and you have not fixed the issue. You response is trying to demonstrate customer service when it is not present, 5 phone calls and still I can not return and get my money back.

Canceled my order one minute after it was placed. Waited 46 mins to speak to someone when I called customer service; not helpful at all. The payment was still processed but was not given an explanation about why the order was canceled. Do not order here.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Ordered Christmas gift 3 weeks ago! Order was for store pickup and they claimed it was picked up, though cannot give any details or provide communication sent to me that pickup was ready. Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over. Refused refund, they just kept my money and still trying to resolve. Shady company, horrible customer service. Buy from Foot Locker or somewhere else…anywhere but here!!
